What cost can I expect?
You get started by setting up your new wellness consultation with one of our health coaches. This consult ranges from an hour to hour and half. At this first consultation, your personal health coach will go over everything you need to know about the IP program to get started and outline the do’s and don’ts to be successful.
You will also receive your complete client starter kit which has seven days of our most popular IP products for you to get started with, a month’s supply of supplements, ideal salt, and some goodies to make your new journey a success. You will find a time with your health coach to meet weekly for your follow ups. These follow up weekly appointments are normally 15- 30 mins.
The cost to get started is $350. To break it down, $150 is a health coaching service and that covers your weekly coaching (face to face, phone, texting, etc.). The IP starter kit is $200 that was mentioned above. Then weekly costs going forward is just purchasing your IP products. The average IP food ranges from $89-$115 per week, but if you choose to purchase extra food, drinks, snacks for variety, you absolutely can. We are unique and differ from some other IP clinics, in that we have single products to choose from to help you try new foods at a low cost.
Once you achieve your weight goal, we have a successful maintenance program we call Phase 4 – LifeStyle Living. At that time, you can choose from several different Phase 4 Lifestyle services including a nutrional membership for (meal planning, balancing diet and exercise).e been very popular and successful in helping clients maintain their healthy weight and new lifestyle.
